DLAZ GmbH was founded by a team with combined experience in dental laboratory management and commercial finance, driven by a clear gap in the market: dental laboratories were underserved by generalist factoring providers who lacked the sector knowledge to process their invoices efficiently. From the outset, we built our processes around the specific documentation, coding, and insurer requirements of the dental laboratory industry. Our headquarters are registered in Germany, and we serve dental laboratories in German-speaking countries as well as selected markets across the European Union. We do not aim to be the largest factoring company in Europe — we aim to be the most knowledgeable and reliable partner for dental laboratories specifically. Every policy, product, and fee schedule we have developed has been shaped by direct feedback from laboratory owners and managers.
